Which airport, which vehicle, and why private.
Kayseri has more flights and is about an hour from Göreme; Nevşehir is 20 minutes closer with fewer departures. Book the flight times that suit you and let the transfer follow; the price difference is small. Cappadocia airport guide.
Count passengers, not seats: the driver is not one of them. Up to three with normal luggage fit a sedan; families and friends up to seven take a minivan; eight and more go in a Sprinter. If you have ski bags or a pram, go one size up.
