From one minibus to a team of twenty-two
Mehmet Yıldırım took his first group into Rose Valley at nineteen and got his guide's licence at twenty-three. In 2012 he hired a minibus, agreed lunch with a family restaurant in Avanos, and ran our first Red Tour for six guests.
The tours still run the same way: small groups, licensed guides who live in the region, lunch at family restaurants rather than coach canteens, and a plan for the mornings the balloons do not fly. What changed is the rest: a TÜRSAB licence, a fleet of our own vehicles, suppliers we have worked with for years, and the same team answering WhatsApp at 5am when the weather call comes in.
